Tackling plastic waste issues head on, every Vooom™ chair contains up to 60% of salvaged, shredded PET bottles. Instead of polluting our planet in a landfill, these salvaged bottles are strategically crafted into the form fleece shells of our safe, durable & lasting Vooom™ seating.

The form fleece shell of each Vooom™ chair follows this creation process:

• The nonwoven mat containing up to 60% of salvaged PET bottles are cut roughly to size and heated to 200°C

• This is placed into a mold and inserted into a high-pressure press where it is compressed and cold-cured to the consistent, final shapes

• This is perfected in a CNC-controlled cutting system and contoured into the final form fleece shell

Select between a matte black 4-leg base with motion-lounge options including return-to-center or 4-leg fixed wood bases available in several finishes.

Its timeless design is lead by the dimensionally stable, lightweight, compression molded form fleece comprised of up to 60% recycled PET bottles.
