Via Seating participates in Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful In-Kind donation, we donate chairs that are discontinued and or returned as an open box item. Should you want to donate your gently used Via Seating chair, please contact us at info@viaseating.com.

Recycle/upcycle (repair and donate to charity, resell open box to the community of used furniture stores locally, and re-use within our facility, functioning chairs).

Re-upholster (using main components of chairs including foam, re-upholstery of fabric to suit new environment or to update the chair to current office standards).

Responsibility to retrofit (out of warranty parts that can be retro-fitted to today’s arm, base, caster, mech, seat, and back components).

Via Seating will provide the option to bring the chair back to our warehouse for repairs that are unable to be completed in the field. Our goal is to provide great chairs that last a lifetime. Discounts offered on a case by case basis and may require paid shipping to return the item to Via Seating and or to purchase parts to make any product usable again.
